Principal Designer & Owner
Jen Kravchuk, founder and lead designer of Charleston Bay Interiors, brings more than 20 years of interior design experience to every project. Before launching her own firm nearly four years ago, she spent 15 years as a lead designer at one of Tampa Bay’s most well-known interior design firms, building a reputation for her ability to deliver timeless, elegant spaces.
Jen’s work has been featured in leading publications including Tampa Bay Magazine, Destination Tampa Bay, FLA Orchestra, and St. Pete Life, showcasing her impact on luxury residential and commercial interior design across the region.
Known for her versatility in design styles, Jen specializes in creating interiors that feel both classic and current. By layering organic elements, textural contrasts, and creative color palettes, her designs are filled with depth, character, and sophistication.
Above all, Jen is passionate about designing comfortable, livable spaces that reflect each client’s unique taste and lifestyle — interiors that feel beautiful, functional, and distinctly personal.

Kristina Utke
Interior Designer
An integral part of the Charleston Bay Interiors team, Kristina brings over eight years of interior design experience to every project. For the past four years, she has collaborated closely with Jen on a wide range of residential and commercial interior design projects across Tampa Bay.
Her expertise in CAD and SketchUp allows clients to visualize proposed design concepts in detail, bringing ideas to life with clarity and precision. Despite having different personal design styles, Kristina and Jen strike a balance that makes their partnership both dynamic and complementary.
An old soul at heart, Kristina’s love of antiques, art, and eclectic styles often inspires her creative process. She has a passion for designing custom furniture and enjoys the construction aspect of design, blending artistry with technical skill to create interiors that are both unique and functional.
