Principal Designer & Owner
Jen brings a wealth of design expertise to Charleston Bay Interiors following 15 years as a lead designer at one of Tampa Bay’s most well known interior design firms.
Her work has been featured multiple times in the area’s top publications promoting luxury living such as Tampa Bay Magazine, Destination Tampa Bay, FLA Orchestra and St. Pete Life.
Jen’s expertise and versatility in a variety of design styles is noteworthy and her success lies in her ability to give each client an updated classic look that is timeless.
By including organic elements, textural contrast and creative color palettes, her designs are filled with character and dimension.
She strives to create comfortable spaces that are a unique reflection of each client’s individual taste and lifestyle.
Jen’s Collaborative Design Approach:
“I truly listen to my client and strive to get an accurate sense of how they live or work in the space. Of course, I need to discuss the “wants vs. needs” list, but in the end, I design for the client’s preferences and desires, not my own personal taste.”
Kristina Utke
Interior Designer
An integral part of the CBI team, Kristina has eight years of interior design experience, and her love of travel inspires many of her designs. Her expertise in CAD and Sketchup is a valuable asset and helps clients visualize proposed design ideas by bringing them to life.
Kristina and Jen have enjoyed collaborating on a variety of residential and commercial projects over the last two and a half years. Despite their personal design style differences, they balance each other well in a truly complimentary fashion.
As an old soul, Kristina’s love of antiques, art and eclectic styles form many of her creative ideas. She enjoys designing custom furniture as well as the construction aspect of design.

Heather Dovidio
Interior Designer
Heather brings a wealth of experience and a passion for creating stunning spaces to Charleston Bay Interiors. With a background that spans five years in the industry, Heather has honed her craft while working with prominent design firms in both Tampa Bay and the DC Metro area.
As an interior designer, Heather is dedicated to turning her clients' dreams into captivating interiors that authentically reflect their personalities and lifestyles. With a discerning eye for purposeful design, she skillfully weaves together colors, light, and textures to craft spaces that inspire and elevate.
In her journey with Charleston Bay Interiors, Heather looks forward to continuing her passion for designing beautiful, unique, and livable spaces that cater to each client's distinct way of life.
