Jen Kravchuk, the founder and lead designer of Charleston Bay Interiors, brings nearly two decades of high-end interior design and project management experience to every client commission. Before establishing her own independent luxury firm, Jen spent 15 years as the lead designer at one of Tampa Bay’s most prominent design agencies, earning a stellar reputation for delivering timeless, sophisticated spaces.
Known for her incredible versatility across diverse architectural styles, Jen specializes in curating interiors that feel both classic and current. By masterfully layering organic elements, rich textural contrasts, and sophisticated color palettes, she builds spaces filled with visual depth, authentic character, and upscale comfort.
Above all, Jen is passionate about designing highly livable, functional environments that reflect each client’s unique taste, lifestyle, and aesthetic goals.

An integral pillar of the Charleston Bay Interiors design team, Kristina brings over a decade of professional interior design experience to the firm. For years, she has collaborated closely with Jen on a diverse portfolio of luxury residential remodeling and high-end commercial design projects throughout the Tampa Bay region.
Kristina bridges the gap between artistic vision and construction-ready execution. As the firm’s technical specialist, her advanced expertise in CAD architecture and SketchUp 3D modeling allows clients to visualize their proposed environments down to the exact material, scale, and lighting detail before construction even begins.
An old soul at heart, Kristina’s creative process is heavily inspired by a deep appreciation for antiques, curated art, and eclectic styling. She pairs this artistic eye with a genuine passion for the structural, construction-side of design and custom furniture fabrication, ensuring that every space she touches is as mechanically sound and functional as it is visually breathtaking.
